What do those guys who spend their entire lives modding PC cases for LAN parties do when they ‘grow up’? Become kettle designers of course! My new kettle has windows on either side and blue LED’s inside. Bo.

Focus!
Nice kettle - you’ve overclocked it, right?
I’ve got that mug too. and a tigger one.
You’ve apparently done no exercise for weeks.

My bad, focus is screwed I couldn’t be bothered taking another photo.
Yeah the graphs are broken and I really should fix them, actually might move them to a separate page as it’s just a bit of a project, and its a bit embarrassing really as I’m not that keen. When you see it all graphed out, you can put maths to how you are feeling, and work out how much more exercise you can take.
Sometimes just feeling ‘not right’ will not stop me doing exercise, you can usually tell when something is up by looking at the graphs (illness etc). Sure its 5mins each day but I find it quite interesting.
What I have found so far is physiologically, tiredness routinely lags a couple of days after hard exercise. Sure I am knackered directly afterwards, but my body generally takes a day or two to kick in and recover. You could see this by looking at the Recovery State graph peaks compared to the Exercise graph peaks, if they both worked!
Which is why I am always useless on Monday (and to some extent, Tuesday) at work!

Snap with the Kettle. Beware though, I’d do a mod and get rid of the filter thing, ours disintegrated and we only noticed after we drank half of it, also the plastic around the spout goes soft and flakes off like chalk. I think it’s time we got an upgrade but I cant find any others with lights. Once youve had one, its hard to go back to dim kettles

I hate crappy plastic form over function kettles, they end up melting and getting a petrochemical taste!
Going for a kettle that looks like a kettle is a good start.
